ABOUT

Based in Bristol, I am a buddhist mother of two and have been practicing Yoga for 21 years and teaching yoga for 12 years.

Since age 15, yoga has been a grounding force in my life. Reading Yoni Shakti in my mid-20s and training with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli transformed my practice, deepening my connection to my womb and natural cycles. More recently these practices have deeply supported me through two natural births and postpartum healing with my two little ones.

I live with a chronic health condition and yoga is central to my wellbeing, which is why I’m so passionate about sharing its therapeutic, healing power.

TRAINING

I am so grateful to the incredible teachers who have shared their training and practice with me, including Anne Marie Newland’s blend of Hatha, Sivananda, and Ashtanga, BodhiYoga’s advanced training focusing on mindful yoga, somatic awareness, and remedial injury therapy. Uma Dinsmore-Tuli’s life changing womb-centred practices and advanced training with Sivani Mata Francis and Lisa White in Well Woman and Pregnancy Yoga, exploring practices that support women’s bodies through all life stages—from menarche to menopause and beyond.
