Yoga outdoors on the grass is a wonderful experience. Because of the changing seasons and weather no two classes are the same. Balancing on the grass is different than indoors on a hard flat surface – especially when the ground is soft after rain. It’s the more mindful type of yoga but there’s enough physical movement to make you appreciate the relaxation at the end.
If the weather is bad just wear warm waterproof clothes and Jo adapts the class to a more active standing movements.
It’s all great!
